Helpdesk at City Campus: will answer general enquiries about student life and signpost you to the right service for you.
Admissions team: provide general course advice, information about services and process applications for full-time, part-time and ESOL courses.
Careers Advisors: provide information, advice and guidance on course options, next steps and employability.
Student Funding team: provide advice and process applications for Further Education Bursaries, Education Maintenance Allowance and Childcare.
Student Advisors team: first point of contact for non-academic enquiries including Higher Education funding, Discretionary Funds, accommodation advice, student wellbeing, academic appeals and support during the disciplinary process.
