Select the Student Information icon (ID) for the class you would like to view.
2. A list of students enrolled in the class will appear in the left-hand sidebar. Click on the name of the student you wish to submit a log entry for.
3. In the right hand corner of the screen you will find the Select Screens drop-down menu, click on Submit Log Entry from the menu.
4. Select New to create a new log entry for the student.
5. Edit the fields to best fit your log entry (i.e. Date & Time, Log Type, Description, Parent Contact, Contact Type, etc).
6. Once you are done completing the form click Submit.
