Select the Student Information icon (ID) for the class you would like to view.
2. Select a Student A list of students enrolled in the class will appear in the left-hand sidebar. Click on the name of the student you wish to view.
3. Review the Quick Lookup Page Once a student is selected, their Quick Lookup page will load automatically. This page provides a comprehensive overview of:
Traditional Class Grades: Current academic standing (Grades 3–12).
Attendance Summary: A real-time count of total absences and tardies.
4. Access Detailed Information To view specific data beyond the Quick Lookup page, use the Select Screens drop-down menu in the top-right corner. Key options include:
Student Contacts: View parent/guardian information (phone numbers, email address, etc.)
Meeting Attendance: Review a detailed, period-by-period breakdown of the student’s daily attendance and tardies.
Submit Log Entry: Create a formal record of parent communications.
