Natalie Bradley is the NHS England Relationship Manager covering the North West region. She has over 17 years’ experience working for the NHS, specifically within training and development. When the levy was introduced, she took up the role of Apprenticeships & Careers Manager for Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust where she led a small team of individuals, developing and implementing apprenticeship provision within the trust.

Natalie started out her own career as an apprentice, straight from leaving school, she has since completed many other apprenticeship programmes, so has first-hand experience of both being an apprentice and also supporting & implementing apprenticeship strategy within the NHS. Natalie joined NHS England in November 22, her key ambition for the role will be to continue to build the profile of apprenticeships across the region, supporting employers to embed apprenticeships with their workforce plans and increase apprenticeship uptake across the North West.
