Due Dates/Timeline
Due Jan 6: Research Idea. Create a new canva journal page with inspo images and idea and rationale. Show inspiration images alongside a brief answer as to "why" you are interested in this idea. Images should be sourced from professionals. Annotate them by including the name of the artist or url where you sourced the image.
Due Monday January 12: Shots - lightroom albums or film. Must include at least 20 shots.
Due January 20. Edits/Print tests - Edits need to be shown alongside shots. If shooting film, can develop on the 13th and show test prints by the end of class on Jan 20. Convey a mood, story or express something deeper in your photo. Always soft proof all printwork.
Final Prints-Due January 25. Select Photo 2 students will print independently.
Narrow down your motion and decay edit to a single best print.
Crop for 8.5x11 (letter) or 11.7x17 (A3)
Soft Proof and make any relevant adjustments
When exporting, put the dimensions in your file name (letter or A3)-
