WATCH: SHOOTING Motion Video: Pan, Freeze and Blur - choosing lenses and shooting techniques
Plan and pre-visualize your subject.
Select one project from the project menu and create 3 thumbnail sketches on sketch paper or layout paper.
Create an alternating strip image by creating a normally exposed print AND over exposing a print.
Cut into strips using the glide cutter or matte board slicer
Glue in alternating pattern on matte board
Show that you know how to photograph motion/action using a camera by creating one of the following projects:
A Zoetrope from film or digital images
A series of 5 photos from a sporting event
5 photos of a human activity showing motion.
