Training Opportunities Explained
Mustang Strength & Speed Class
It is recommended that this semester long class be repeated both semesters and taken from freshmen through senior years (8 semesters total). This provides for year-round training that helps prepare you for the demands of sport and life.
Offered every period of the day (1st through 7th), as well as an Early Bird option.
Team Lift
This is only an option if you are not in class. Being in class is preferred so you can get your training in during the school day.
Offered before school Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 and after school Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 3:20.

Mustang Strength & Speed Camp
This is a summer opportunity for Mustangs to pursue the best version of themselves.

Pre-Sport Speed & Agility
Recommended for any athlete that wants to prepare for their upcoming season. In conjunction with Strength & Speed Class or After School Training, Speed & Agility gets Mustangs ready for the upcoming demands of practice and games. Just because you are in class does not mean you should miss out on this opportunity.
Offered 6 weeks prior to the winter, spring, and summer sport seasons. Click here for more info.
After School Training
You can be in class and still do this option as EXTRA training.
This allows us to supplement what we can't get done in class due to time restraints.
Offered after school Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 3:20.
This is the only training opportunity we offer for out-of-season athletes during J-term (1st two weeks after Christmas break).
Before School Training
You can be in class and still do this option as EXTRA training.
This allows us to supplement what we can't get done in class due to time restraints.
Offered before school Monday and Wednesday at 6:30.
Individualized Supplemental Training
This is only considered an option when you have taken advantage of the other options that are available to you above.
Usually done at home, Elite, LBC, etc.
