Target 2A: Strength - I consistently demonstrate proper technique that maximizes outcomes and minimizes risk of injury in any strength activity.
Target 2B: Speed - I consistently demonstrate proper technique that maximizes outcomes and minimizes risk of injury in any speed activity.
