Do you want to learn more about how we implement strength & speed into our school day?

Join us for a day of learning about Mount Vernon's Mustang Strength & Speed Program, featuring teachers, coaches, and administration.

This opportunity is for you if:

• You are an athletic director wondering what the next steps are in getting your strength & speed program up and running.

• You are a high school principal that wants to take your Physical Education department to the next level.

• You are a high school PE teacher that would like to get strength & speed classes implemented during your school day.

• You are a strength coach that wants to expand on what you already know and implement.

• You just want to know more about how Mount Vernon implements all the training for all their students and athletes.
