A Deep Dive Into Our Program
Do you want to learn more about how we implement strength & speed into our school day?
Join us for a day of learning about Mount Vernon's Mustang Strength & Speed Program, featuring teachers, coaches, and administration.
Purpose of the Event:
An on-site professional development experience where visitors can observe, learn, and interact with the Mount Vernon team about how they implement Strength & Speed training into the school day for both high school and middle school students.
Over 100 schools have attended past events to gain insight into Mount Vernon's systems, culture, and class structures.
Who Should Attend:
This day is designed for:
Athletic Directors looking to start or grow a Strength & Speed program
High School Principals wanting to elevate their Physical Education department
High School PE Teachers wanting to implement Strength & Speed classes during the school day
Strength Coaches looking to expand or refine their programs
Anyone interested in how Mount Vernon trains and develops all students and athletes
What You’ll Take Away:
A look inside a fully integrated Strength & Speed program during the school day

Practical ideas you can adapt to your own school
Honest Q&A with coaches from multiple sports
Cost:
$100 per person
Includes a full day of professional development, class visits, presentations, coach panel, and lunch.
Please bring a check payable to MVHS on the day of the event.
Group Limit:
To ensure a quality experience and give more schools the opportunity to participate, we are limiting registration to 4 attendees per school. Thank you for understanding and helping us make this event accessible to as many programs as possible.
