Do you want to learn more about how we implement strength & speed into our school day?
Join us for a day of learning about Mount Vernon's Mustang Strength & Speed Program, featuring teachers, coaches, and administration.
This opportunity is for you if:
You are an athletic director wondering what the next steps are in getting your strength & speed program up and running.
You are a high school principal that wants to take your Physical Education department to the next level.
You are a high school PE teacher that would like to get strength & speed classes implemented during your school day.
You are a strength coach that wants to expand on what you already know and implement.
You just want to know more about how Mount Vernon implements all the training for all their students and athletes.
