To maximize athletic potential, we offer multiple training options throughout the year.
Mustang Strength & Speed Class
Recommended Enrollment: Every semester, from freshman through senior year (8 semesters total).
Why? Ensures year-round strength & speed development, preparing athletes for both sport and life.
Availability: Offered during every period of the school day (1st-7th), plus an Early Bird option.
Team Lift (For those NOT in class)
This is only an option if you are not in class. Being in class is preferred so you can get your training in during the school day.
Availability:
Before School: Monday & Wednesday at 6:30 AM
After School: Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday at 3:20 PM

Mustang Strength & Speed Camp (Summer Training)
This is a summer opportunity for Mustangs to pursue the best version of themselves.
Offered from June until the Dead Week in July. Click here for more info.
Recommended for any athlete that wants to prepare for their upcoming season. In conjunction with Strength & Speed Class or After School Training, Speed & Agility gets Mustangs ready for the upcoming demands of practice and games. Just because you are in class does not mean you should miss out on this opportunity.
Who? Any athlete preparing for an upcoming season.
Why? Enhances speed, agility, and sport-specific movement demands.
Availability: 6 weeks prior to winter, spring, and summer seasons. Click here for more info.
After School Training
Who? Athletes not in class or athletes enrolled in the Strength & Speed class who want additional work.
Why? Provides primary training or supplements in-class training for extra development.
Availability: Offered after school Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 3:20.
This is the only training opportunity we offer for out-of-season athletes during J-term (1st two weeks after Christmas break).
Before School Training
Who? Athletes not in class or athletes enrolled in the Strength & Speed class who want additional work.
Why? Provides primary training or supplements in-class training for extra development.
Availability: Offered before school Monday and Wednesday at 6:30.
Individualized Supplemental Training (For Athletes Maximizing Other Options)
Who? Athletes who have already taken full advantage of other training options.
Where? Home workouts, Elite Fitness, LBC, etc.
