Wind Ensemble

The Atwater HS Wind Ensemble was created in 2017 for top-chairs of the Wind Symphony and Concert Band. This ambitious ensemble performs Grade 4 - 5 music at concerts and festivals. The Wind Ensemble prides itself in commissioning new works by current, working composers and continues to explore new and experimental music. Rehearsals occur during 0 period or after school. Rehearsal time is limited, so a high level of musicianship and practice at home is required. Entry is either by audition or invite-only by our director.
