I have always had a passion for helping others. I wanted to become a teacher ever since I was a little girl and that is a reason why I chose to pursue this career. Also, I love interacting with young children. I believe that elementary school educators have a great impact on children. Children's ambitions inspire me, and I am excited to be around that every day. I want to make a difference in my students' lives and provide them with the knowledge and skills to become successful. One of my high school teachers had this quote on her wall and it made me realize the impact that teachers are for their students, "Teaching: the one profession that makes all other professions possible" (Unknown).
