Drama - Back Stage Manager

I have been a part of 18 plays in 7 years from an actress, to stagehand, and finally as a back stage manager. I spent 5 of those years as a back stage manager. We went to provincials 5 times and I won many awards including the one I am most proud of, the "Best Stage Manager" award in 2016 at Regionals.

BOSS - Student Representative Council

BOSS stands for Board of School Spirit; the aim is to be leaders to others in the school and to show them that participation is valuable. I was on BOSS for the last two years of high school but in different positions where in my last year I was president. The position came with many responsibilities but it meant so much to be that type of leader in my school. BOSS included planning school activities and carrying them out. As president, I had to run meets and keep events organized. I enjoyed being a role model and always loved to help.

Yearbook

I was involved in my school's yearbook committee for three years. My job was to plan and organize the yearbook but also take photos during spirit days, activities, and sports. I was glad to be able to help especially since the committee only had three students and two teachers. I enjoyed organizing and designing the yearbook.
