Environmental Affairs Committee Annual Briefing

The Project

As the chair of the Environmental Affairs Committee in Gaithersburg, Maryland, each year I give a presentation to the Mayor and Council summarizing the Committee's accomplishments and previewing our plans.

What I Did

I led the Committee through the process of planning the presentation. I delegated creation of the slides. I wrote and delivered the presentation.

The Project

A community group asked me to present about the Environmental Affairs Committee, in particular how the Committee fits into the larger landscape of environmental action.

What I Did

I coordinated with my vice chair to plan the presentation. I created the slides. We delivered the presentation via Zoom.
