All seniors are encouraged to attend
Everyone is invited to attend
Virtual only; Zoom link
Roughly 1-3 weeks after you submit your pre-application, the Office of Health Professions Advising will contact you to set up a 1-hour advising meeting. The 2027 cycle application process -- everyone should attend
Tuesday, November 18, 5:00-6:00pm ET
Anyone who hopes to enter health profession school in 2027, or who thinks they might apply to enter in 2027, should plan to be at this session. This is the first event of the 2027 cycle and will be an important moment for upcoming and potential applicants to learn key details about the process and to ask questions.
Before attending the event, watch as many of the short videos posted on this page as you are able. These videos explain details about the application process. Watching them first will help you to engage more deeply in the conversation on November 18.
Senior pre-health students may wish to attend even if you will not apply in the 2027 cycle, so that you can more effectively plan your preparations. Students and alums of any class year are welcome to attend!
Application essay workshop
Sunday, February 1, 2:00-5:00pm ET
Registration is required after submitting the pre-application. Register here no later than Sunday, January 25, 2026.
Applicants who have not participated in a prior year’s workshop should plan to attend. All applicants are welcome.

Mock Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) event
Tuesday, April 14, 7:00-9:00pm ET
Registration is required. A registration link will be shared in February or March.
This event has a strict participant limit due to the nature of an MMI structure. We will prioritize spaces for applicants to schools of allopathic, osteopathic, dental, and veterinary medicine, as well as physician assistant and pharmacy schools, because they are most likely to encounter this interview type. We will also prioritize those who did not participate in this event in 2025. Applicants to other professions will be able to register as space allows.
Next steps in the application process
Monday, April 27, 5:00-6:00pm ET
Recommended for all applicants.
The AMCAS and AACOMAS application services
Tuesday, May 5, 5:00-6:30pm ET

Reviewing non-med application services
Thursday, June 11, 5:00-6:00pm ET
