For international students and those with DACA status

Can international students and students with DACA status attend health profession school in the United States?

Yes! Every year MHC has international graduates who enter U.S. health profession schools. We have also worked with successful applicants with DACA status.

However, applicants with these statuses face a special set of challenges in gaining entrance to U.S. professional school. Options to build experience may be more limited, your applications will only be considered at a subset of schools, and financing your education may be challenging. We encourage all students who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents to visit our office early in their time at Mount Holyoke so that we can support you in reaching your goals.
