After viewing each clip, please take a moment to discuss with your group. Consider the following questions (you don't have to discuss them all, but keep them in mind as you talk):

• What went well in this clip?
• What were some of the things we read about and discussed in class that this GEM put into practice in this clip?
• Were there ways you think the GEM could have handled something better?
• Did this GEM do things that you would like to incorporate into your 1-on-1 meetings?
