This week the focus of your practice is to notice the people you have in your life to feel grateful for. Research shows that expressing our gratitude for others can help build our positive emotions and is protective against depression.

Each day think of a different person you have to be grateful for and record who they are and why you are grateful for them. This can be done in words, as a journal, in images, as a poem or in any other format you can come up with. Save this to your e-folio.
