Registration

The conference will be held in person. Registration packages allow participation in all four days of the conference, including presentation sessions, the Welcome Dinner & Awards Ceremony (if registered by May 16), site visit tours, catering provided during the conference, and access to conference recordings. For the safety of all attendees, ticket sales have been capped at a maximum of 300 attendees...be sure to register early to secure your ticket!

Note: The conference will be held in-person at a Rutgers University venue. For the health and safety of all attendees and support staff at the conference, COVID-19 safety measures will align with Rutgers University guidelines at the time of the conference. At present, all attendees must show photo ID and proof of full vaccination (all doses in the primary series and one booster when eligible) OR photo ID and a COVID-19 negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to the event. There will be NO record keeping, copies, etc. of IDs, vaccination cards, or testing materials - it is a visual check only. Face masks are currently optional inside the conference venue, but all attendees should have masks in their possession at all times on campus in case of need. Some community establishments may require wearing a face mask. Please complete the COVID waiver form in the Whova app. We will monitor the evolving situation and make additional details available closer to the event.
