COVID-19 Policy

The conference will be held in-person at a Rutgers University venue. For the health and safety of all attendees and support staff at the conference, COVID-19 safety measures will align with Rutgers University guidelines at the time of the conference.

  • At present, all attendees must show photo ID and proof of full vaccination (all doses in the primary series and one booster when eligible) OR photo ID and a COVID-19 negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to the event. Please plan accordingly. There will be NO record keeping, copies, etc. of IDs, vaccination cards, or testing materials - it is a visual check only on the first day that you check in at the registration desk.

  • Face masks are currently optional inside the conference venue, but all attendees should have masks in their possession at all times on campus in case of need. Some community establishments may require wearing a face mask.

  • Attendees must sign the COVID waiver form in the Whova app. The waiver form can be found under the "Additional Resources" tab on the home screen of the mobile app. Please contact Daniel Ilkow (dji25@scarletmail.rutgers.edu) with any questions about accessing the COVID waiver.

We will continue to monitor the evolving situation and make additional details available closer to the event.
