Quizlet is a customizable flashcard software. It's well known to students, but with an educator account, teachers can create and assign vocabulary lists with custom audio and/or visual input tailored to their own units as well as view student progress analytics. The Quizlet Live interface also lets students review by competing in teams against each other.

The Chairman's Bao is a digital subscription platform of authentic Chinese reading sources, curated and enhanced for language learning. Their support team regularly adds new reading materials and organizes them based on content, genre and difficulty level.

Notability is a digital note-taking app. I use it on a tablet with stylus and connect to a projector to create a digital whiteboard. It's easy to combine various media like pictures and graphs with live annotation. It also lets you record live drawing and audio to make presentations for distance learners.

FluentU is another online subscription-based language learning platform that organizes and annotates authentic L1 video content for learners. Similar to a textbook but with authentic and dynamic content, FluentU scaffolds L1 material to maximize learner comprehensibility and engagement.

Gimkit is a content review system combined with strategic in-game upgrades. Though similar in some ways to Kahoot!, Gimkit doesn't just appeal to a few students with fast answers, but incentivizes thoughtful engagement with the entire group.
