The following report was written in fulfillment of an assignment for the MAFLT Program Development & Administration course. In partnership with two other MAFLT students, I engaged in a program evaluation of a secondary Spanish language program of a public school in Pennsylvania. Our team conducted interviews, analyzed and coded them for recurring themes, and then identified specific needs within the program. We then grounded our program recommendations in relevant pedagogical research on language education and submitted these recommendations to the program along with supportive resources.
