Edison Course Choice

4 STEPS TO YOUR NEW COURSE SCHEDULE:

Engage in course choice lessons.

Teachers in each of your classes will review course options with you and give you some time to make notes in preparation for your meeting with your Counselor.

Read more about each of the courses offered in the Course Catalog. Review and discuss your options with your family.

Meet with your Counselor.

You will have an appointment to meet with your Counselor during the school day. Bring your questions and any notes you have kept. Counselors will make sure you select courses that will keep you moving torward graduation and all your future goals.

Get your schedule.

Schedules will be available in your Infinite Campus student and parent portals beginning in August. Schedule change requests can be made before school starts and during the first week of classes.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS BY GRAD YEAR:

Note: Students who receive Special Education services are placed in the appropriate core classes by their Case Manager.

Note: Students who receive English Language Learner services are placed in the appropriate core classes by teachers, based on their ACESS scores, WIDA level, and current progress.
