Rising Sun, Rising Moon is two cultural tales in one. The first, a Native American folktale, follows a boy named Rising Sun who discovers his arcane lineage to find who his father is. The second, an Afro-Caribbean folktale, is about a tricky spider and his six children who have to save their mother from foolish but hungry predators.

But, Harnold is, in-fact, not a musician and plans to leave town with the money. But when a local librarian starts to fall in love him, he risks being found out to win her over.
