In this project we wrote a story using "show don't tell". I used effort because I had to come up with my own story using "show don't tell". 

In this project we summarized some of the most important parts in Two Roads so far. I used respect because I had to respect my partners ideas.

In this project we wrote a letter to Cal that used simple and compound sentences to empathize with Cal about recent events in the story.  I used integrity because I didn't copy other peoples ideas and came up with my own. 

For this project me and my partner Alma made an infographic comparing La Llorona from Charlie Hernandez and the League of Shadows to the real hispanic myth. I used effort and helpfulness because I had to help my partner to research and fill out the infographic and then finalize it. 

I prepared for my debate because I had to research my topic and the other group that we were going against so that I was prepared to have a good rebuttal. My group and I lost because we didn't speak clearly and strongly. The other group also had researched our topic and so they had a even better rebuttal than we did. 

The most challenging part of this essay was writing the second piece of evidence because in most of my pieces of evidence there was only one supporting thing about it from the debate script so I had to change what my topic of that section was about a little bit. 

I think I am stronger in writing the body paragraphs because it was hard for me to come up with a good hook. The body paragraphs are all about the evidence so if you have good evidence you will probably have a good body paragraph and then all you need to do is make it make sense with the rest of the paragraph.

I would tell them to have good evidence from the debate. I would also tell them to work at home so that they could have adult experience, and so that you can have more time to get it done and be able to have better wording and overall a longer and better essay.

For this project we learned about the adaptations and geology of our region. My region was the Pacific Northwest. To see more about this project click on the title. 

For this project we learned about either the Inca or the Aztec and then made artifacts for this exhibition.

For this project we researched the Columbian Exchange and created a food that had some of the ingredients from the trade in it. Finally we presented our work in the form of a café and gave our food to our parents while talking about the Columbian Exchange and the some of our ingredients in the food we made.
