Letter To Future Self

Dear Future self,                                                                                     October 13, 2021

This is 7th grade you. I am really enjoying volleyball lately. I made the C team this year but next year I want to make the B team. I can do an underhand serve getting over the net sometimes, but by next year I want to achieve my overhand serve. I spend a lot of time hanging out with my friends, we go to Starbucks a lot. Right now my friends are Harper, Liv, Ashleigh, Tatum, Wave, Sammie, Jayla, and Josie. Who are your friends now? How are the cats and Dusty? Did dad finally let you get another dog? Right now we have 3 cats, Draco, Luna, and Lavender. Our neighbor's cat always comes over into the barn, and we feed her so I basically consider her one of ours. I named her Aspen. I really miss Charlotte.:( Are you guys still best friends? I can't believe how fast our cousins are growing up! How old are they now? Did aunt Stacy have another baby? If so, what is their name? Is Woody still the amazing little dog that he is? How is Hunter? Are you still really into Harry Potter? I am enjoying school right now, but I really love ELA because we get to write. Have you published your book yet? Math is getting a little easier and I think I am actually starting to understand it a little more but I still don’t love it. The last thing I have to say to you is to just enjoy life and enjoy the people around you because you don't know when they will go. Another thing is to live everyday like it is your last.
