Our first rocket launch didn't go to well. When we were supposed to have our rocket launch Henry accidentally pushed the cork into the rocket. We were able to launch the rocket on a later date, It went almost a foot off of the ground. I believe that the rocket launch didn't go the best because we didn’t have enough water in the bottle. My team and I want to redesign the rocket to have a smaller cone and a smaller ball for the egg to go into. We also want to have almost a square shaped bottle and stronger fins that are not made out of cardboard. We also discussed making the parachute smaller and having ropes instead of string. I truly hope that doing all these things to the rocket design will have the rocket go up more and have the force from the rocket going up more intensely. Originally when Ms. Boone showed us the videos about the rocket launch. The rocket body was a large soda bottle. My group decided to size down to a smaller bottle but if our rocket still doesn't go that high on the revised launch then we will probably size the bottle up. 

Our second rocket launch didn't go to well. The rocket didn't go off of the ground at all. After looking at how others peoples worked we figured out what we did wrong. First our rocket was to heavy so we are reducing the duct tape. Next the bottle was to small so we are going to do it in a bigger bottle. Lastly we need to make it so the egg can detach with the cone. That way after it goes up it is like the egg drop. When we tested our rocket it didn't go well, at all. There was a leak by the cork because it didn't fit the bottle properly, because of this the rocket didn't launch. I have a feeling that if we had a cork that did fit the rocket would have launched and would have worked but that wasn't the case for the second test launch. 

Our exhibition went well. I learned so much! Such as why rocket move and how much goes into rocket science. Such as Newtons three laws and acceleration, thrust, weight, and all the other forces. I got a meets on my exhibition which I am really proud of because my group had many struggles along the way of building our rocket. If we had a little bit more time I feel like my group could have gotten an exceeds because we could have refined it a bit more, but under the circumstances we did good. Overall this unit was fun but also difficult and we had to figure out quick solutions to big problems which to a lot of brain power. For our next unit I want to really try to have good and constant communication with my peers that way there isn't any confusion at all.
