Integrity
To me integrity is doing the right thing no matter what and not caring who's watching as long as it's the right thing. My understanding of integrity hasn't changed since the begging of the year, but my effort with it has.

For my integrity at the beginning of the year I am using our tiny house project in math as an example. My teammates had to trust me with my portion of math and my part of building the house. I had to show integrity by doing my sections of the project on time.

Internship at the sand dunes. We showed integrity by not going where we where not suppose to and staying in the boundaries .
Respect
I understand respect to mean honoring others opinions and views no matter what. I had this same understanding of respect at the beginning of the year.

For respect at the beginning of the year I am using my Aaron Burr RACE paragraph because I had to respect the grade my teacher gave me even if I strongly disagreed with it.

Respect, internship at the Colorado Public Defenders Office. Had to keep my mouth shut when I disagreed with someone. Leanred how to respectfully argue with some.
Effort
To me at the beginning of the year my idea of effort was to put in 110% no matter what I was doing. Now my idea of effort is that I work hard and try hard but that I don't always need to push to 110% and that 90% can be good too.

For my effort at the end of the year I chose my Civil War Poster because I still worked hard and put a bunch of effort into it but didn't get stressed out.

Refinment
At the beginning of the year I understood refinement to mean going back and revising my work as much as I can but now I now know that to show refinement is to also have a growth mindset and refining how I think about my school work and myself.

For my evidence for refinement at the begging of the year I used my Gypsy Rose exhibition because I worked extremely hard on it and revised my slideshow and script many times.

For my evidence for refinement at the end of the year I used my growth in math Iready. I tried to use a growth mindset during this test and worked extremely hard on my testing.
Ownership
At the start of the year I would show ownership by being honest and trust worthy and that's what it meant to me. Now ownership also means for me to be honest and trust worthy but to also help others achieve this and realize my priorities when it comes to life with ownership.

I had to take ownership with balancing sports and school work and not overdoing my self by doing extra work.

For my evidence for ownership at the end of the year I am using my CMAS practice that I did while at a ski competition.
Helpfulness
At the start of the year I would show helpfulness by helping out my peers if they where struggling on a project, but now that it's the end of the year I show helpfulness by being there for everyone and helping out the other grades when they need me.
