What did you do to complete this assignment?

To complete this assignment I had to add images of foods showing that they were being exchanged to either the new world, or the old world.

What Habit of Heart and Mind did you use for this assignment?

For this assignment I used effort making sure to complete it fully and find good images. I used refinement when I checked to make sure I had enough images and they were to the right world.

Since I was in Thailand I only had to do the second page, which was researching the different ingredients.

What Habit of Heart and Mind did you use for this assignment?

For this assignment I used mainly effort, this is because I was behind, so I had to research everything as quickly as possible and I had to work hard.

For this assignment we had to make a menu for the food or drink we made and had to describe 3 ingredients on it.

What Habit of Heart and Mind did you use for this assignment?

For this I used effort to complete, because I was behind. I also used refinement when making sure I had good information and everything was spelled correctly.

I can analyze how European exploration impacted the world through the Columbian

Exchange, specifically, native populations in the Americas, food production and

consumption across the world and the establishment of the Transatlantic Slave Trade.

What was the project?

The directions for this exhibition was to make a food or drink that contained ingredients that originated in either world.

Which Habit of Heart and Mind did you use to complete this project?

For this exhibition I used mainly effort. I think because I was really behind on the exhibition and I had to work really hard. Next the habit I used the most was refinement. I think because I had to refine it a lot with every assignment. These are just the main habits I used but I bet I used the other in some way.
