Adaptations of the First Americans

The project that I’m working on is where we get a place/country and we write about its tribes, mountains, and geographical features, and how the tribe adapted to the environment and weather. I made a slide show to present what I know about the tribe and graphic landscapes. In the future I will also make a scale model of how the tribe lived. 

Secondly I have been working on the history of the native americans by learning all about their boarding schools, what they learned in school and stories that happened, and the way that they had to cut their hair, and the things that the Captain Richard Pratt would say: “We will must kill the indian in him, and safe the man.” My goal for group work on this project is to learn about the past, how the tribes were able to adapt in their location and the choices that they had to make to survive. I am looking forward to making a scale model of what I learning. I would also like to work on putting more effort into my work and be on task because I want to get good grades for this year. I will achieve this goal by working hard, 

pushing myself, using the habits of 

heart and mind into my work.
