MOSMAN PREP P&F - Uniforms

Prep takes pride in the school uniform and requests that the boys wear it properly.

The Prep Formal Uniform is outlined below along with the Sports (PE) and House Uniforms.

For Senior Primary - please see advice on the team sports uniforms below - noting that there will be some changes in early 2026 (refer to Prep notices).

We also ask parents to consider buying from the Recycled Uniform Shop before purchasing new from Midford.

For your convenience, the Recycled Uniform shop opens each Tuesday from 7.45-8.15am.

FORMAL UNIFORM

Formal uniform - Blue shirts can be short or long, blazers are compulsory in Terms 3 & 4 only and shoes must be black leather. Varsity caps must be worn to and from school. Sun hats are compulsory at school, but are not to be worn to or from school.

Boys will also need a Prep school bag and library bag.

Note on ties - Junior Primary have a square-ended ties and Senior Primary have pointy-end ties.

SPORTS UNIFORMS

On PE days, boys will be required to wear their Sports/PE Uniform (navy blue polo shirt).

Sports shoes must be predominaly white accompanied by white sports socks (official Prep socks will be released in Term 2, 2026).

On special occasions such as Terrey Hills and athletics or swimming carnivals, boys will also be asked to wear their House Sports Uniform.

Senior Primary only

For Saturday sports and after-school sports training, boys will need to wear their team sports uniform.

Please note the following:

Basketball - the reversible singlets require your son's unique number and this will be communicated by Prep prior to the start of your first summer sport season. Please advise Midford of this number when ordering your son's basketball singlet.

Cricket - boys should be in long white pants (purchased from any sporting shop) and may wish to use their own bat.

Reversible training shirt - all boys must train in the reversible training shirt which can be purchased at Midfords.

Shoes/socks- basketball and cricket shoes must be mostly white and accompanied by white sports socks (official Prep socks will be released in Term 2, 2026). Soccer and rugby boots must be mostly black acccompanied by the navy blue Prep soccer/rugby socks.

Extra gear - soccer boys need shin pads, while rugby boys need mouth guards and headgear (optional).
