One of the main goals of the Health Sciences Pathway is to support and encourage our students to apply and attend some form of higher learning. These include trade schools, community colleges, and public and private universities. Although each student must find their own path, we believe that higher education will help students to be successful in life.
One of the main goals of the Health Sciences Pathway is to support and encourage our students to apply and attend some form of higher learning. These include trade schools, community colleges, and public and private universities. Although each student must find their own path, we believe that higher education will help students to be successful in life.

2017-2018: Four-Year (Accepted) 69%
2018-2019: Four-Year (Accepted) 82%
2019-2020: Four-Year (Accepted) 76%
2020-2021: Four Year (Accepted)
2021-2022: Four Year (Accepted)
Students are also encouraged to take college courses through our dual enrollment partnership with East Los Angeles City College (ELAC). All courses offered are free, including any books and other materials. Some of the classes offered are health related but include other general education classes such as sign language and psychology among others. If even units are taken, it is even possible to graduate from high school with an associates degree!
