Connexion should already have been installed on your computer, though it's not always visible as a shortcut on your desktop, taskbar or start menu.
Find Connex.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\OCLC\Connexion\Program and create a shortcut for it on your desktop. (Right click on connex.exe, drag to your PC desktop, release, create shortcut. Do NOT left click and drag the program itself to your desktop.)
If you cannot find it, or think that is has not been installed, speak with your supervisor.
Open Connexion
Find your OCLC authorization number, name, and password on the MoMA Connexion Authorizations and Export Settings spreadsheet in the library Google drive . If you aren't able to access this document, ask Danny or Ian for your authorization information.
In Connexion, go to Tools (menu) > Options > Authorizations (tab)
Enter your authorization information
Click Apply, OK
Close the Options window and reopen to make sure your settings were saved (this is optional, of course, but sometimes the settings don't save unless you apply and close out)
Click the FileLogon button in the center of the toolbar (the one that looks like it connects; it shows two plugs with two arrows pointing at each other)
When the login box with your authorization appears, click OK

Connexion is notoriously bad at saving settings. When you’ve completed all of the steps, it’s a good idea to go back over everything again, and make sure the settings you made are still set.
