The following is from Heather Prouty at Clackamas ESD: The 504 student notification must be manually added to the students. To properly flag a student you will need to add a Student Need, then add a Student Notification. Adding the Student Need will make it so the 504 flag is flipped in ADM extract and adding the Student Notification will create the little icon that teachers and school staff can see .
The following is from Michelle Lowe: Type in the student's name, Click "add" (should be the button towards the top of the screen), then add the date the 504 was initialized and select 504 plan from the drop down menu. Then make sure you save it. It won't keep the flag if your docs aren't finalized.

What changes are occurring? Faxes will no longer be able to be received or sent on any copy or physical fax machine.
Why we’re doing it? Changing our process allows us to fix significant fax quality and connection issues AND will provide better security/privacy for faxed materials.
How it will work? Each department, building, or required staff member will receive incoming faxes directly to an email inbox they’ll manage. Outbound faxes will be sent as an attachment in an email. This detailed how-to document explains how the whole process works.
When is this happening? Faxing changes occurred when new copiers were installed across the district this summer.
Okay, but I have questions! If you have questions about the new process, please make sure you read the linked how-to, then email Gary Dix and Bret Adkins directly with your question. We’ll be sure to work with you to go over the new process.
