Our school provides counselling support for students who wish to work on any of the following areas:


  • Education & Career Guidance

  • Study/exam stress

  • Study Motivation

  • Relationship issues

  • Behavioural issues

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Grief & loss

  • Emotional Struggles

  • Self-esteem issues

  • Stress

  • Fears

  • Guilt

  • Loneliness

  • Anger issues

  • Anxiety issues

  • Other issues


In addition to counselling, the school also provides the following services to students:

  • The Education and Career Guidance (ECG) Counsellor assists students in the exploration of their career/education interests.

  • The Student Health Advisor (SHA) assists students with chronic medical conditions (e.g. obesity, asthma, diabetes) and provides advice on health issues.

Students affected by social/emotional issues may be referred by teachers/staff for counselling. Those with learning and behavioural issues may be referred for consultations with the AED LBS. The school will also work together with parents/guardians to support the child’s well-being

School Counsellors adhere to the ethical standards for School Counsellors in Singapore. We respect student’s need that information arising from the counselling sessions is kept confidential. However, there are limits to the boundaries of confidentiality. As part of humanity, we uphold the importance of life and living. When assessment indicates potential harm to self or others, we are duty bound to inform the relevant persons/agencies who can take the appropriate action to prevent such injury or harm.
