What do I do if my apple pencil is not working?

Your / your child's apple pencil is under the 3 Year Apple Care. You would need to bring your proof of purchase. Please email chong_xue_er_sheryl@moe.edu.sg if you need your child's proof of purchase.


What do I do if my keyboard case is faulty?

You can send the keyboard case in for repair via the ICT Helpdesk on level 5. Please look for Mr Nazeem, Mr Nofal.


What do I do if my ipad is faulty/ my ipad screen is cracked?

You can send the ipad in for repair/ troubleshooting via the ICT Helpdesk on level 5. Please look for Mr Nazeem, Mr Nofal. Please note that the 3-year iPad insurance only covers two repairs/ one replacement and the insurance will be void thereafter.
