18 Nov 2025: Portal open for registration.

31 Dec 2025: Some students have reported that they are unable to access the SSEF Portal at www.ssef.com.sg. (There is an error message when you access this link.)
Workaround: Please access the student login page with the full URL at https://www.ssef.com.sg/student_login.html.

Many students have reported issues receiving the e-mail confirmations for creation of accounts and for confirmation of submission. This is due to the receiving email server blocking incoming emails from the portal's email server. If you have performed the steps correctly, you can ignore the lack of a confirmation email.

For creation of accounts - please proceed to attempt login using the username/password that you have created.

For submission of projects (uploading of project documents) - please log out and log in again and see if you are able to "see" the project documents that you have uploaded. You can also ask your school's Teacher Coordinator to check if they are able to see the "status" of your project.

24 Jan 2026: Issue involving video submission for JS has been resolved. JS projects should be able to access the field to provide the Video Title and URL.
