The Junior Scientist Category under SSEF is open to all budding and passionate scientists who have conducted research and projects in the preceding year either as Secondary 1 or 2 students in 2025.
Students are required to submit a science or engineering project that they have done as an individual or a team of not more than three members and present their ideas to judges during SSEF. In addition to the Project Abstract and Report, Junior Scientist projects are to submit a video.Â
There are two sets of awards for the Junior Scientist Category: the Project Awards and the Video Awards.
