Students are able to execute skills of throwing, catching and hitting and a combination of these skills, with good form to perform intended outcomes
Students are able to bat the ball away from the defending team, catching and throwing accurately to teammates in an attempt to win the game.
When batting, students place the ball in the field of play to aid teammates to move from base to base.
When fielding, students work together to defend open space and bases to cut off batting team’s runs.

Ball-hand swings backward, then forward
Knees bend and body weight transfers from back foot to front foot during swing
Ball is released smoothly at intended angle
Eyes on target throughout
Throwing arm swings backward and upward
Elbow moves close to ear level, leading the throw
A forward step is taken with the foot opposite to the throwing arm
During the throw, body rotates to face forward and body weight transfers from back foot to front foot
