Students play a 4v4 floorball game without goalkeeper, with appropriate rules.
Students execute skills of dribbling, passing, shooting, defending and a combination of these skills, with good form to perform intended outcomes
Students demonstrate good control and balance when dribbling and passing to set up opportunities for themselves and teammates to shoot at goal when enacting offensive and defensive strategies
Students adjust their positions to maintain frontal view of the goal post when attacking and place themselves between the attacker and goal post when defending
In attacking the goal, students make good use of available space to penetrate defense or create space to set up attacking opportunities for teammates to score
In defending the goal, students work together to defend attackers, to slow down the attacking line, deny attacking space, prevent scoring and regain possession of the ball

Defenders typically wait for attackers to make a mistake rather than chase them off the ball. If you try to chase a ball, and make a mistake, the attacker will often be left open to shoot. Concentrate on closing down space and intercepting passes.
Close down space (mark your attackers, congregate to the middle)
Intercept passes
Do not hit the attacker’s stick to get the ball
Nick a ball if it is unprotected (towards the sides)
