1. Parents/Guardians have to email a copy of the FAS approval letter to forms_submission@manjusrisec.com by 22 Dec 2025. The school will then email Manjusri Secondary’s approval letter back to the parents/guardians by 26 Dec 2025, after which parents can collect the textbooks and uniforms on 26 and 29 Dec 2025.
2. Students are to be dressed in their Primary School attire and bring along their EZ-link cards to be allowed entry to our school premises on the day of their collection.
Note: Students who are not on the scheme and wish to apply for it can obtain the FAS application form from General Office and submit the application form together with the relevant documents to the General Office.

Walk-in purchase of school textbooks and uniform on-site in school is allowed on weekdays from 9am to 3pm on the given dates below.
Payment modes accepted in school: Cash, PayNow & NTUC CARE FUND (E-VOUCHER).

Digitalised textbooks are available for certain subjects from 2025. However, students should note that digital materials are complimentary resources. Hence, students should either purchase print textbooks only or the bundled versions with both print and digitalised resources.
FAS students should bring along a letter from Manjusri Secondary School stating successful FAS application status to collect textbooks, compulsory stationery and uniforms. Students with FAS approval letters from their sibling’s school need to obtain a FAS approval letter from Manjusri Secondary School at the General office.
Exchange of wrongly purchased textbooks at the bookshop may only be done if the textbooks are undamaged and have nothing written on them. This is especially so for students who are considering doing more demanding or less demanding level subjects and will only be confirming this after the first week of school.
Exchange of school uniforms can be made within 30 days with proof of purchase and uniforms must be in good condition (not washed, not altered and not stained). Exchange for online orders can be done in school during the uniform sales period. Please note that socks are non-exchangeable due to hygiene issues.
