1. Parents/Guardians are to email a copy of the FAS approval letter to forms_submission@manjusrisec.com by 22 Dec 2025. The school will then email Manjusri Secondary’s approval letter back to the parents/guardians by 26 Dec 2025, after which parents can collect the textbooks and uniforms on 26 or 29 Dec 2025 (refer to section on Uniform and Textbooks).
2. Students are to be dressed in their Primary School attire and bring along their EZ-link cards to be allowed entry to our school premises on the day of their collection on 26 or 29 Dec 2025.
