Internships can provide valuable opportunities to learn more about a particular career path, grow your network and gain resume-bolstering experience that can prepare you for your full-time career later on.
It is important to know how to ask about internships so you can find one that is a good fit for you. Reaching out to companies requires tact, careful research and planning, but doing so can help you find worthwhile opportunities as an intern.
It is a platform to create internship opportunities for RVHS Sec 4, JC 1 and JC2 students to hone people and communication skills & build better awareness of their values, interests, skills, and personality.
It is designed in line with our school’s Education & Career Guidance framework which emphasises

Job Description:
AGCS is looking for highly motivated and committed graduating A-level students to undertake an attachment with our Firm’s Corporate Services department. The attachment aims to provide a taste of corporate life with a reputable law firm.
Duration of the attachment can range from 4 weeks to 2 months.
Please note that this role does not constitute a legal internship and the scope of work focuses largely on general administrative work.
Job Requirements:
· Assisting with preparing and generating invoices and bills
· Data entry
· General administrative work (e.g. filing of documents, photocopying, printing and preparing of legal documents)
· Assisting lawyer with general secretarial duties (booking of meeting rooms, and meeting arrangement etc.)
· Ad-hoc duties/special projects or light drafting work may be assigned
Essential attributes:
An excellent work attitude
Strong communication skills
Good command of the English language
Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team

Job Title: NUS ABFER Temporary Office & Event Support Staff (January to June 2025)
The Asian Bureau of Finance and Economic Research (ABFER) is currently looking for a Temporary Office & Event Support Staff (January to June 2026) to help in their events and administrative work.
Job description:
1. Assist in organizing annual conference from pre-event planning to event coordination and logistics.
2. Assist in the pre-event to post-event administrative work.
3. Assist in the day-to-day operational and administrative work of ABFER
4. Manage various tasks related to event planning work which includes:
Update website, database and event registration system
Send e-flyers and event invitations
Consolidation of data, registration and attendee list
Event Management
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and power-point
Willingness to commit working for 6 months, from 2 January to 30 June 2026
Willingness to work long hours (more than 12 hours) from 18 to 22 May 2026
Competent in using virtual platforms for events and meetings
Interested in administrative work and event planning is a plus
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm (except for 18 - 22 May 2025).
Working location: Staff must be willing to work in NUS office or from home.
Salary: $14 per hour (over-time salary, annual leave and benefits will be given accordingly to the HR policy of NUS).
