The Object of The Boys’ Brigade

To train boys to become loyal and responsible citizens

To promote boys’ physical fitness and develop their leadership potential

The Boys’ Brigade Method

The method of achieving the object of The Boys’ Brigade is to provide a meaningful and challenging programme centered on the physical, educational, spiritual and social domains. Each boy will be holistically developed in the habits of obedience, reverence, discipline and self-respect.

The 90J Boys’ Brigade Company

The 90J Boys’ Brigade Company in Princess Elizabeth Primary School, founded in year 2003, is co-sponsored by Bukit Batok Presbyterian Church.

Activities you can anticipate

Devotion and Moral Education: Short Bible study or devotion sessions to instill values and character development, with discussions on moral topics. 

Foot drills: Focus on teaching the boys the basics of marching and drill commands, which instills discipline, teamwork, and coordination.

Physical Training：Exercises to promote fitness, such as sports (captains ball / Dodge ball). These could also involve team-building games to foster camaraderie. 

Outdoor Skills Training: Teach skills like knot-tying, tent-pitching, and orienteering to prepare for camps and outdoor expeditions. 

Community Service: Organize and plan for community service projects.
