Cultural Dance

The Cultural Dance is a combination of the different ethnic dance groups in Singapore - Chinese Dance, Indian Dance and Malay Dance. In line with our school’s mission of an inclusive spirit, students are exposed to the different techniques used in the various ethnic dance groups. 

The Cultural Dance livens up the atmosphere at many events such as CNY, Hari Raya and Deepavali Celebrations, and many more. Also, the Cultural Dance takes part in many external events such as the National Day Observatory @ Westmall, offering its members various experiences and opportunities.

Objectives

1.  To provide an enriching learning experience of the different dance genres with reference to their cultures. 

2.  To provide opportunities for students to showcase their talents through school and outdoor platforms.
