If you are experiencing any issues with the Wi-Fi, here are a few simple steps to help you get connected:
1. Check the Modem
First, make sure that the modem is plugged in and powered on. The power light should be green or solid. If it’s not lit up, please check the power connection or contact us for assistance.
2. Restart the Modem
If the Wi-Fi is still not working, try restarting the modem:
Turn off the power button from the back of the modem.
Wait for about 10-15 seconds.
Push the power button back in and wait for the modem to fully restart (this may take up to 1-2 minutes).
3. Connect to Wi-Fi
Once the modem has restarted, open your device and search for available networks.
The Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password can be found on the back of the modem.
The network name and password will be clearly listed.
Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the back of the modem for instant connection.
4. Troubleshooting
If you still experience issues after restarting the modem:
Try connecting to the Wi-Fi with another device to see if the issue is specific to your device.
Ensure that you are within the modem’s range (closer to the modem for a better connection).
If the problem persists, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll be happy to assist you!
