1. Check the water heater switch
In many Italian apartments, the hot water supply is controlled by an electric switch or thermostat.
It is often found in the bathroom or kitchen, sometimes near the water heater.
Make sure it is turned on (some heaters may have a red or green indicator light).
Wait for a few minutes: If the switch was off, it may take up to 10-15 minutes to heat the water.
2. Reset the water heater
If there is still no hot water, check the water heater
Find the button "reset" and wait 5-10 minutes
3. Ensure There’s Sufficient Water Pressure
Low water pressure can sometimes affect the hot water supply. If the pressure in your apartment is lower than 1,5 please contact us immediately!
Do not try to fix it by yourself !
4. Verify the Boiler's Water Supply
If your apartment uses an electric boiler, ensure that the boiler is receiving electricity.
