1. Check the water heater switch

• In many Italian apartments, the hot water supply is controlled by an electric switch or thermostat.

• It is often found in the bathroom or kitchen, sometimes near the water heater.

• Make sure it is turned on (some heaters may have a red or green indicator light).

• Wait for a few minutes: If the switch was off, it may take up to 10-15 minutes to heat the water.

2. Reset the water heater

• If there is still no hot water, check the water heater

• Find the button "reset" and wait 5-10 minutes 

3. Ensure There’s Sufficient Water Pressure

• Low water pressure can sometimes affect the hot water supply. If the pressure in your apartment is lower than 1,5 please contact us immediately! 

• Do not try to fix it by yourself !

4. Verify the Boiler's Water Supply 

• If your apartment uses an electric boiler, ensure that the boiler is receiving electricity.

  • Your apartment name or number of reservation

  • A description of the problem with the photo of the boiler
