1. Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Check-In: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

For arrivals after this time there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash : 

€20 from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM

€35 from 11:00 PM to 01:00 AM

• Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
  If the apartment is available, you can stay until 12:00 by paying an extra or after this time by paying the supplement of an extra night. You must request late check-out at least 24 hours in advance

2. Noise Policy

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid loud noises during these times.

3. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• If you wish to smoke, please use designated outdoor areas (e.g., balcony, garden) and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

4. Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed.

5. Waste Disposal and Recycling

• Please separate your waste for recycling:

Paper

Plastic/Metal

Glass

General Waste

• Dispose of waste in the communal bins.

• Do not leave garbage bags in hallways or outside the apartment.
