Vocational Education and Training (VET) Program
This course runs over two years, typically during Years 10 and 11, and includes both classroom-based learning and hands-on practical tasks. You will complete the Units of Competency required for the national ICT30120 qualification.
The ICT30120 Certificate III in Information Technology provides students with practical skills and foundational knowledge to use digital technologies in a range of industries. It prepares students for entry-level roles or further study in IT and related fields.
Throughout the course, you will develop key technical and workplace skills, including:
Installing and managing software and hardware
Creating websites and managing digital content
Using Microsoft Office applications in a business environment
Understanding cybersecurity and safe online practices
Providing basic technical support
Working in a team and communicating professionally in an ICT environment
