Important: Note that external cooldown includes the IC right before it, so it is the space between two shots, not the time added onto the IC.

Blaster Stats
Damage: 20 / 23 / 26 / 29 / 32
Ammo: 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 / 36
Range: 17m
IC: 0.28s (Light)
EC: 2.00s
PS: 18 m/s
Blaster Summary
The Blaster is one of the best PvP gadgets in Gimkit, especially with external cooldown disabled making other gadgets significantly worse. The extremely high ammo, especially in legendary form, makes it extremely powerful with the infrequent cooldowns. The external cooldown is extremely short as well, which is another advantage of the Blaster. However, the main advantage of the PvP is its extremely fast projectile speed, making it difficult to dodge. It was likely designed this way due to the unpredictable nature of the ball in Blastball.
Snowball Launcher Stats
Damage: 28 / 30 / 32 / 34 / 36
Ammo: 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20
Range: 17m
IC: 0.30s (Heavy)
EC: 1.90s
PS: 10 m/s
Snowball Launcher Summary
Ignoring the Apocalypse gadgets, the Snowball Launcher is the best damage per second of all gadgets. It deals decent damage, with only the Apocalypse and One Way Out gadgets (and Pickaxe) dealing more damage. The fast cooldowns, decent damage, and high ammo contribute to this. It also has a good feel, and it feels better to fight a boss with a Snowball Launcher than even a Quantum Portal. If you have to choose between Snowball Launcher and any One Way Out gadget, pick Snowball Launcher.
Pixelator Stats
Damage: 12 / 16 / 20 / 24 / 28
Ammo: 30 / 32 / 34 / 36 / 38
Range: 17m
IC: 0.28s (Light)
EC: 2.00s
PS: 10 m/s
Pixelator Summary
The Pixelator is characterized by its extremely good improvement and its very high ammo. The Epic rarity has double the damage of the Common rarity, and the ammo for even the Common form is a whopping 30 light shards. It is also a light gadget, being useful for shoving opponents in Knockback. It is comparable to a Snowball Launcher with lower damage but higher ammo and a light type.
Zapper Stats
Damage: 14 / 16 / 18 / 20 / 22
Ammo: 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20
Range: 7m
IC: 0.20s (Light)
EC: 2.00s
PS: 7.5 m/s
Zapper Summary
The Zapper is one of the most powerful, as well as cheap, gadgets in One Way Out. Its power does not come from its damage - it is actually extremely low in that statistic - but it comes from its extremely fast, 0.2 second internal cooldown. Unfortunately, its short range and suboptimal projectile speed make it not as good for PvP scenarios. Additionally, if infinite refills are disabled, the fast cooldowns make this gadget burn through light shards quickly, causing the player to answer questions frequently.
Slingshot Stats
Damage: 60 / 66 / 72 / 78 / 84
Ammo: 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 10
Range: 17m
IC: 1.00s (Heavy)
EC: 4.45s
PS: 12.5 m/s
Slingshot Summary
The Slingshot, with its long cooldowns and low ammo, is a very bad idea for One Way Out. However, the Slingshot is one of the best gadgets for PvP scenarios. High damage combined with fast projectile speed makes it strategic when fighting off moving opponents.
PML Stats
Damage: 44 / 51 / 58 / 65 / 72
Ammo: 12
Range: 33m
IC: 0.90s (Heavy)
EC: 4.75s
PS: 7.65 m/s
PML Summary
The PML is a decent all-around gadget, with its main weakness being the long cooldowns. The PML also has the important problem of not improving in ammo. However, it already has good ammo to begin with, making this problem less critical. The reason for the ammo staying at 12 is likely because a regular muffin pan contains 12 muffins. The PML has good damage, starting at 44 and scaling up to 72 at legendary. The PML’s main feature, however, is its long range, double the range of the Slingshot, a gadget known for being long-range.
Quantum Portal Stats
Damage: 184 / 196 / 208 / 220 / 232
Ammo: 1
Range: 48m
IC: 0.50s (Heavy)
EC: 2.75s
PS: 5.00 m/s
Quantum Portal Summary
The Quantum Portal is a powerful gadget. In the rare and higher rarities, it can one-shot an average gim. It also has extremely long range. The Quantum Portal’s external cooldown is not as bad as that of many other gadgets, including the Evil Eye, Slingshot, and PML. The Quantum Portal is extremely destructive with external cooldown disabled, as its low ammo is an important disadvantage. The Quantum Portal also has one critical disadvantage in PvP as well: its extremely slow projectile speed. This makes it extremely easy to dodge from a long distance away. That is why the Evil Eye is more popular for sentries in Gimkit Creative.
Evil Eye Stats
Damage: 72 / 80 / 88 / 96 / 104
Ammo: 4
Range: 26m
IC: 0.45s (Heavy)
EC: 5.00s
PS: 7.45 m/s
Evil Eye Summary
The Evil Eye is a terrible gadget for One Way Out, especially with its high price. The Evil Eye has the longest external cooldown of all gadgets in the game, as well as low ammo causing that cooldown to be enabled frequently. Additionally, the Evil Eye’s damage, which is its main advantage, is actually less than half of that of the Quantum Portal. The Evil Eye is also not very good in PvP scenarios, because its projectile speed is a mere 7.45 meters per second, slightly less than that of the Zapper and PML, which are generally considered bad PvP gadgets.
Wooden Wand Stats
Damage: 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 / 36
Ammo: 20 / 22 / 24 / 26 / 28
Range: 12m
IC: 0.5s (Heavy)
EC: 3.50s
PS: 8.00 m/s
Wooden Wand Summary
The Wooden Wand in common form is an extremely underpowered gadget, but it improves nicely, being an actually decent option in the legendary rarity. The Wooden Wand’s main advantage is its ammo. While not being as good as the Pixelator’s ammo, it is better than many other gadgets in that stat, including the Stoneburster. It also has a respectable external cooldown and medium projectile speed, making it a very average gadget.
Pickaxe Stats
Damage: 1 / 5 / 25 / 100 / 300
Ammo: 1
Range: 2m
IC: 1.00s (Light)
EC: 1.00s
PS: not applicable
Pickaxe Summary
The Pickaxe is the only close-range, non-projectile gadget in Gimkit. The Pickaxe improves drastically from common to legendary so that in Dig It Up, stronger pickaxes are required for tougher ores. The legendary Pickaxe's damage is the highest in the entire game. Obviously, the Pickaxe's main disadvantage is that it is short-range, meaning you have to run up to an opponent to be able to hit them, and also if an opponent runs away, you can't get them.
Stoneburster Stats
Damage: 12 / 15 / 18 / 21 / 24
Ammo: 18 / 20 / 22 / 24 / 26
Range: 8m
IC: 0.25s (Light)
EC: 2.00s
PS: 7.50 m/s
Stoneburster Summary
The Stoneburster is the most overrated gadget in Apocalypse. Its stats are severly outclassed by the Prickler. However, the Stoneburster can be decent in certain situations, comparable to a Zapper but with more ammo. The Stoneburster has fast cooldowns, making it ideal compared to other gadgets with slower cooldowns. The Stoneburster's short range make it less ideal against certain gadgets, however.
Prickler Stats
Damage: 32 / 36 / 40 / 44 / 48
Ammo: 16
Range: 17m
IC: 0.30s (Heavy)
EC: 2.00s
PS: 10.00 m/s
Prickler Summary
The Prickler is a decent gadget, similar to the PML but with better stats. The ammo is higher, and it has significantly better cooldowns. The fast projectile speed makes it decent for PvP scenarios. The fast player speed in the Ranger role combined with the decent stats of the Prickler make it ideal for Apocalypse.
Twister Stats
Damage: 124 / 132 / 140 / 148 / 156
Ammo: 3
Range: 64m
IC: 0.28s (Heavy)
EC: 2.00s
PS: 12.50 m/s
Twister Summary
The Twister is by far the best gadget in Gimkit, at least at the time of this writing (January 8, 2025). The Twister deals massive damage, significantly higher than that of the Evil Eye. The internal cooldown is extremely fast compared to other gadgets of this power. Also, the external cooldown is comparable to that of a low-damage gadget such as the Zapper or Blaster. The main disadvantage of the Twister in Apocalypse is that the player moves slowly around the map. The extremely long range and fast projectile speed make this extremely powerful in PvP, where slower projectiles such as the Quantum Portal or PML may fail.
Timekeeper Stats
Damage: 38 / 39 / 40 / 41 / 42
Ammo: 20 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 (yes, that's not a typo)
Range: 12m
IC: 0.35s (Heavy)
EC: 4.00s
PS: 8.00 m/s
Special Power: AoE gadget
Timekeeper Summary
The Timekeeper is an extremely unique gadget in multiple ways. First, it has the smallest damage increment of any Gimkit gadget. Second, it is the only gadget where Common, instead of Legendary, is the most powerful rarity. In fact, it is actually the only gadget where there is a transition between rarities with any stat going down. The Common Timekeeper's ammo is 20, making it an extremely powerful. The third thing that is important about this is its defining feature: that it deals splash damage. When the projectile detonates, whether this means hitting the ground, an enemy, or a wall, all enemies within a 3-meter radius of the detonation spot are dealt the damage. This is particularly beneficial against Graveler Juniors in two main ways. First, when the adult Graveler is defeated, a second shot can damage most or all of the juniors with one hit. Second, if a Graveler Junior is clipped inside of a wall due to an attack from a Graveler, it can be easily destroyed by hitting a spot near the junior on the wall, causing the explosion radius to destroy the junior.
